Southern Scenic Route

Since Monday, Hannah and I have traveled from Te Anau all the way around the southern coast of the island up to Dunedin and now are currently in Oamaru, en route up to Christchurch. Too tired to type anything right now but here are some pics from this week!

D.E.A.R.

Remember D.E.A.R (Drop everything and read) in elementary school? Well, besides hikes and sight-seeing, life on the road in NZ has been like one big D.E.A.R session for me (aside from the fact that I'm not actually dropping anything to read, as I have nothing to do). Anyways, I have come across many second-hand book shops in the land of the long white cloud and here are some easy-reads that I highly recommend if you're looking for a new book:

1. Sing You Home- Jodi Picoult
2. The Promised World-Lisa Tucker
3. Ya-Ya's in Bloom-Rebecca Wells
