Tauranga Bay and Westport

Day off from work yesterday and even though it was rainy, we decided to take a day trip. Weather hasn't been great as of late and there are only so many movies to watch inside our little farm house. (Finished the Back to the Future trilogy way too quickly...) Because we only had one day off, we had to go somewhere relatively close and somewhere we hadn't been yet....and that brought us to the West Coast! Had lunch in Westport and walked around for a bit before going to Tauranga Bay to the Seal Colony where we got to see beautiful beaches and lots of fat seals floppin' around. Yucky weather, but fun day nonetheless!
